Australian Half Penny Cut-Out Charm with Australian Gemstones

This pendant is a very well cast half penny with a cut-out kangaroo.

The charm has been hand cast right here in Australia from high quality pewter with a great polish.

I have teamed up the Australiana charm with Australian gemstones: a carved mookaite flower and a smaller grass green chrysoprase drop.

Mookaite is a variety of jasper which is only found right here in Western Australia. It occurs in all colours of the australian landscape, the flower for this necklace is a mottled burgundy/grey shade.

 All three pendants are connected to a shiny, solid stainless steel elongated trace link chain, measuring 45cm in length.

The Mookaite flower measures 15mm across the diagonal, the penny charm 25mm.

All metal is silver tone.
