Australian Necklace with Echidna Charm, Australian Gemstones

The cute echidna charm is attached to the solid stainless steel cable chain via a link with a lovely, multi coloured mookaite bead.

Mookaite is a colourful variety of jasper which is found in Western Australia. 

I also attached a faceted genuine chrysoprase bead, measuring 5mm in diameter.

Total length of the pendant is 4cm.

The necklace measures 45cm in length with another mookaite bead next to the lobster claw clasp.

The little echidna charm has been hand-cast right here in Australia. Echidnas are also called 'spiny anteaters' and live in Australia and New Guinea.
