This is such a cute, little charm, a detailed possum. I have combined the charm with two Australian gemstones: mookaite and chrysoprase.

The mookaite bead measures 14mm in diameter, the chrysoprase 14mm in length and is cut into a flat drop.

The possum is hand cast here in Australia out of high grade, lead-free pewter.

Both pendants are threaded onto a solid stainless steel cable chain which measures 45cm in length, closes with a lobster claw clasp and has a tiny flower charm attached next to it.

The possum charm is 18mm tall.

- A possum is one of about 70 small- to medium-sized arboreal marsupial species native to Australia, New Guinea, and Sulawesi (and introduced to New Zealand and China). The name derives from their resemblance to the opossums of the Americas. Although opossums are also marsupials, possums are more closely related to other Australian marsupials such as kangaroos.
