In Chinese philosophy, yin and yang describe how seemingly opposite or contrary forces may actually be complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in the natural world.

This positive bracelet lines up faceted and smooth amethyst beads, a faceted rose quartz and a smaller faceted Labradorite.
All beads are in a flat, coin shape to lie nicely against your wrist.
I have combined the gemstone beads with shiny silver tone beads, a spiral, a yin yang and others.
The bracelet measures 18.5cm and closes with a stainless steel lobster claw clasp. Two tiny charms (one spelling 'love', the other one a four leaf clover for good luck) are attached next to the clasp.
Metal is stainless steel, all beads are silver finished zinc alloy.
- The spiral is a very positive symbol which has found its way into just about any culture: From rock carvings here in Australia to Japanese Rock Gardens as well as African art.
It does not belong to any religious or political group - the spiral belongs to all of us.
It has been associated with the journey of life, the cycle of time and the seasons.
The spiral appears in a lot of natural phenomena - in hurricanes and tornadoes, in the pattern of seeds in a sunflower, in the growing tips of ferns, in the pattern that leaves grow on a stem, in the shape of a nautilus shell, and, as a helix, the shape of the DNA molecule.
