Long Golden Crescent Moon Necklace

This is a large, slim crescent moon pendant which I hammered for added texture and interest. The pendant measures just under 5cm or 2" in length (including ring), it is attached to a shiny, elongated cable chain which closes with a lobster claw clasp.

Total length of the necklace is 75cm or 30" and all metal is solid brass.

Brass will tarnish, just like copper and sterling silver do, but I have finished the necklace with a non-toxic jewellery lacquer to keep it shiny for longer. When it does tarnish, you can easily clean it with standard metal polish.
