Hammered Flower Necklace with Rainbow Moonstone

This is a gorgeous, stylised flower - meticulously hand hammered to create texture and add interest.

I wire wrapped a small rainbow moonstone drop and added it to the bail ring.

The moonstone measures 7mm in length and is cabochon cut (flat at the back). It does have nice blue shimmer, but my photos are not showing that unfortunately.

The flower measures 3cm in diameter and is attached to a ball chain, measuring 50cm in length and closing with a lobster claw clasp.

All metal is solid brass which has been polished and sealed to keep the finish for longer.

Brass will tarnish like sterling silver and copper, but is easily cleaned with standard metal cleaner.

Please note: Labradorite and Moonstone show their spectacular color only from certain angles. This is the nature of the stone. From other angles, the stone will just show the basic gray or white and no flash. I always try to show the flash in my first photo, but please have a look at all photos to get the right idea about the stone. The value of each stone is a good indication of the amount of flash it has. Please contact me before purchase if you require a piece with a higher value/higher flash stone.
