African Turquoise, Tiger's Eye and Quartz Necklace

This heavy necklace consists of three different type of beads: Large and small barrel shaped 'African turquoise', tiger's eye in softly faceted barrels, little 4mm beads and two flat drops as well as a very large, faceted quartz focal bead.

African turquoise is a variety of jasper which inherited the trade name due to its appearance.

The large (3x2cm) quartz bead has very interesting inclusions, but I am nonetheless not entirely sure whether it is natural or synthetic.

Total length of the necklace is 51cm, it closes with a handmade s-clasp, but I can easily exchange that to a standard lobster claw clasp.

All metal is 1/40 gold filled, the two beads that frame the large quartz are vermeil.
