A little bit weird and definitely unusual - this necklace has an anatomical heart pendant attached.

It is quite a nice piece with good weight and lots of detail. It is cast out of pewter with a shiny silver finish.

I added a tiny red drop of 'blood' and attached the pendant to a solid stainless steel box chain.

Total length of the chain is 50cm, the heart measures 28x15mm. This is a 3D pendant.
