Robin's Egg Blue Earrings, Rolled Gold, White Gold

On offer are these unique, but so wearable earrings.

They are made out of rolled gold and hallmarked accordingly.

'Rolled gold' is made by fusing a base metal, usually silver, brass or copper, between thin sheets of gold. The metals are then bonded together using heat and rolled into flat sheets for use in jewelry.

Rolled gold looks and wears like genuine gold because that's what is on the outside. The layer of gold is so thick that it easily lasts several decades with normal treatment.

These earrings are set with robin's egg blue insets (my guess is that these are glass). They are attached to secure lever back earrings.
