Wire Wrapped Peridot Earrings, August Birthstone

These bright green, natural peridot briolettes are very sparkly and the color is just gorgeous (and completely natural). They are micro faceted and measure 8mm in height. This is a good size for peridot which is very rare in larger sizes.

The gemstones are connected to handmade ear wires. The ear wires themselves have been formed, hammered and then wrapped with thin wire, adding tiny peridot beads in the process.

All metal is solid copper which I sealed with non-toxic jewelry lacquer to preserve the finish. Copper will eventually tarnish, just like sterling silver, but is easily cleaned.

Total length is 1 inch, the earrings will come with clear rubber stoppers to prevent loss.
