Personalised Necklace with Lapis Lazuli Heart, "Forever in my heart"

The engraved, antique silver pendant reads "Forever in my heart". It is attached to a link with a carved lapis lazuli heart and then threaded onto a solid stainless steel necklace.

The necklace measures 45cm in length with a 5cm extension chain. A small 8mm tag is attached to the last link of the extension chain and can be personalized with your initial of choice or with a stamped heart. Please let me know during checkout. Without a note, I will send the necklace with a blank tag.
