Grossular and Pyrope Garnet Chandelier Earrings

Grossular garnet is the naturally green variety of garnet. It is not a very common gemstone.

I used micro faceted rondelle beads and individually wire wrapped them to smaller, ornate chandelier components.

I also added a red garnet drop and attached the earrings to secure lever back ear wires sporting little flowers.

Total length of the earrings is 5cm, all metal is solid brass which I hand-oxidised, polished and finally sealed with a non-toxic jewellery lacquer to preserve the finish.
