Moss Prehnite Earrings

These faceted drops are remarkable celery green prehnite gemstones with some dark green inclusions. These type of stones are also referred to as moss prehnite.

The drops themselves are large, around 13mm. They are a full 3D teardrop shape and nicely faceted.

I wrapped the stones with solid brass wire and attached them to solid brass lever back ear wires. The metal was oxidised, polished and finally sealed with non-toxic jewellery lacquer to preserve the finish.

Total length is 30mm.
