Your item/s will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared. Shipping charges are determined via the postage calculator according to the item's weight. Your purchase will be gift-ready. Each jewelry piece purchased from WEDUNIT Jewels is packaged in a colorful organza pouch along with care instructions. In addition, they are accompanied by a jewellery tag listing the materials, such as "sterling silver" and the names of the stones used.
Your order can be shipped directly to the gift recipient in which case a card with your choice of text will be included. Boxed gift wrapping is available upon request. For outer packaging, recycled materials may be used. Please let us know if you would prefer us not to use recycled materials. If there are any problems or questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. .
I strongly suggest that you purchase insurance as I cannot be held responsible for damage or loss in transit.
Please ask all questions before deciding to purchase. If you are not happy with your item, please contact me as I do understand that things may not always be as they seem over the internet.
Exchanges are welcomed up to 2 weeks after purchase (does not apply to custom orders), in their original and undamaged condition. You need to contact me within those 2 weeks with your issue so that I know that the item is being returned and why. You are responsible for return postage before I can issue a credit toward new merchandise. All returned items must be sent back insured and in their original packing.
I guarantee all my items to be as described. In the event that you find an item not as described a full refund is offered. Please contact us for a return authorisation first and send all items back in the original packing.

How does the custom order process work:
You contact us with your ideas and we will discuss what is possible, time frame and price.
Simple custom work
If the custom aspect is something light (changing clasps/ear fittings, making an item longer/shorter, setting stones into different metal), no deposit is required.
Complex custom work
If the custom work is more elaborate (completely new design/item, having to order additional supplies etc.), a 50% non-refundable design deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to the finished product’s total. If an order is not placed within a 1 week period after completing the design, the deposit will be lost. Once the product is finished, the client will get to see 2-3 photos and have a chance to request one revision or decline purchase.
Please kindly note that custom-worked pieces are not returnable.
Our repair service is not just for ‘WEDUNIT Jewels’ jewellery but also for other bead jewellery. We can exchange clasps or ear fittings, make your bead or pearl necklaces and bracelets longer/shorter or even alter some of your old pieces into new creations. Contact us for a price estimate. We will usually send photos for approval and our workmanship is guaranteed.
5. Payment, Pricing, Wholesale & Promotions
Payment options for Australian customers are direct deposit, money order or paypal. For all international clients paypal is the only payment option. You can safely pay with your credit card, it doesn't cost you any extra and you don't have to have an account with paypal. Contact us with any queries.
We also offer wholesale options, please contact us to discuss those.
On the last Tuesday of every second month, we send out the WEDUNIT Jewels newsletter, containing news about listed items, new gemstones in stock and special promotions for newsletter subscribers. If you don't want to receive the newsletter, please let us know or unsubscribe in your account.
At “WEDUNIT.COM.AU”, your privacy is our priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations. The information we collect about you when you become a member is used to process your orders and to provide a more personalized experience on our site.
How Do We Use the Information We Collect?
When you become a “WEDUNIT.COM.AU” member, we ask you to fill out a form that requests your name, address and e-mail address as well as some demographic information such as gender and date of birth. “WEDUNIT.COM.AU” will NOT share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis.

Access to member personal information is limited to key management personnel and our member services department. The information is ID and password protected and our Web security is reviewed on a monthly basis.

After becoming an “WEDUNIT.COM.AU” subscriber you may correct/update your personal information by clicking on the 'My Account' link at the top of any page, entering your ID, password and birth date when prompted and clicking the Edit Information button. The changes you make will be reflected in our databases instantly.
