St Christopher Medal Necklace with Birthstone

This detailed pendant says "Saint Christopher, protect us". 

Legend has it, that Christopher carried a child, who was unknown to him, across a river before the child revealed himself as Christ. Therefore, he is looked at as the patron saint of travelers.

This medal/pendant depicts Christopher with the child on his shoulder. It's a high quality metal, showing the same picture from both sides.

The medals measure 3cm in diameter. They are attached to a 45cm long stainless steel trace chain which closes with a lobster claw clasp. A tiny Czech glass drop is attached next to the clasp.
